Established in 2001, we assist each other in proactive job progression, job search, and professional development. We operate networking insightful job search and professional development workshops. We believe in lifelong networking for faster-progressing and more satisfying careers up to the C-Suite and beyond.
SENG stands for Senior Executive Networking Group and has been operating continuously since 2001. It now operates under the SENG Suite umbrella which also includes professional development. SENG meeting structure is designed to meet the time constraints of senior executives and those who would like to take advantage of more formal networking within the group.
Our membership is highly selective and exclusively for senior executives. We offer unmatched diversity in industry and function including finance, general management, operations, marketing, technology, sales, engineering, research & development, human resources, and legal. Over the lifetime of the organization, 90% of the members are VPs, Directors, or CXOs. We also have general managers, principals, founders, board members, controllers, attorneys, and others from the executive ranks.
SENG has always had a non-solicitation policy, so members do not pitch products and services to each other at our meetings. We added on-line events in 2020, and have many member executives outside of New England.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT Workshops
Strengthen your executive skills, shorten your campaign, develop your impact, and deepen relationships with SENG and industry colleagues through workshops and peer groups. Workshops are open to all alumni and activated membership levels.

Job Search Workshops includes senior executive level job search, networking, and interviewing proprietary content where you work out your search strategy issues with your elite SENG Suite peers under the guidance of expert facilitation.
Prework includes: Elevator Speech, Value Proposition, Networking Brief, and other reflection exercises.
Ascendancy Workshops include career-long topics including Building Executive Presence, a much sought after quality that helps you become more trusted, more easily hired, and promoted faster. Popular with SENG members and alumni whether or not they are in active search. Other topics include Resolving Intractable Negotiations and Dynamic Leadership in Changing Times.
No prework, but colorfully illustrated workbooks and insightful reflection discussions. Usually meets on Thursdays noon to 1 pm.
